“The First Page” is my ongoing Monday reflection series. Every Monday, I’ll publish a short, reflective piece to help readers begin the week with greater clarity, intention, and self-awareness.
The format will remain consistent:
* Series title: The First Page
* A unique weekly subtitle (for example: Don’t let urgency write your week as it was the title for today’s reflection
* The reflection/body of the post follows

This week, don’t rush the meaning.
Not everything needs to be understood in the moment.
Some experiences need time.
Some decisions need space.
Some answers become clearer when you stop trying to force them.
When something happens, pause before you decide what it means.
Notice what you felt.
Consider what you learned.
Ask yourself what the experience might be showing you.
You don’t have to have all the answers today.
Give yourself enough room to reflect before you respond.
Pause. Consider. Choose wisely.
Let this be a week of thoughtful reflection and intentional choices.
